The Room 710 Web site meets the club owner's precise needs in an easy-to-navigate, easy-to-update site.
A freeware calendar, customized to match the club's existing logo and color scheme, presents live music acts appearing at the club up to one year in advance. The owner can add images and colors to complement each calendar listing. Web site visitors can download concert information to their own computer, as well as send themselves a reminder email for a specific performance by clicking on a calendar entry. Web traffic is routed from the owner's MySpace page to reach even more customers. In addition, Insite Unlimited created an email list for online marketing and provided the owner with instructions and training on building the list and using it to promote future events. A spam reduction feature built into the site significantly reduces the amount of unsolicited email received so the owner can manage email correspondence more efficiently.
